During his swearing-in ceremony, he feels like everything is going perfectly—until a monster crashes through the Assembly’s ceiling. With a mysterious blue gate opening and unleashing terrifying creatures across the city, Seungmoon and the other assembly members must race to save Seoul from annihilation.
