Najica Dengeki Sakusen

In a world where 17 percent of the Earth is submerged underwater, Najica leads a dual life as a talented perfumer and an agent for the covert intelligence organization CRI. She partners with Lila, an advanced android called a Humaritt, who demonstrates remarkable human-like abilities but finds it difficult to engage in normal social interactions. As Najica and Lila undertake dangerous missions for CRI, they uncover the secrets behind Humaritts and their real purposes.
