"I'm sorry, my dearest Kuro, but I have to go far away. If you're good, I'll come back soon. Please protect our home. I love you, Kuro." That was the promise Hitomi made to her beloved dog, Kuro. Yet this story takes place a hundred years later. After her parents separate and her mother is absent, Mitsuko is taken in by her kind teacher. One day, Mitsuko goes with friends to check out a mansion rumored to be haunted. Out of nowhere, a black dog attacks them fiercely. Just as Mitsuko braces for a bite, the dog instead nuzzles against her and leads her to a painting of a woman who resembles her. Then the dog transforms into a handsome, naked man and pulls her into an embrace. What lies ahead for Mitsuko? Will she fall for the devoted and gorgeous Kuro, or will her dependable teacher come to her rescue?
