After living in Transylvania for many years, Earl Dracula relocates to Japan along with his daughter Chocola and faithful servant Igor, taking up residence in a Western-style house in Tokyo's Nerima Ward. Chocola is enrolled in junior high school, while Earl, being a vampire, feels the need to drink the blood of beautiful virgins. Yet every night he sets out to hunt, he inevitably becomes entangled in accidents that cause trouble for the local residents. Since no one in Japan believes in vampires, his very presence sparks bewilderment and disorder among the townspeople.
