Kirika Hijiribashi serves as the Student Council's Executive Committee Treasurer, overseeing a budget of 800 million yen. In addition to that duty, she also works as the Student Council Detective, famous for her clever resolutions of strange and puzzling mysteries. When Hikage Makimura transfers to the school, they are unknowingly brought into the Student Council and appointed as Kirika's assistant.
