In "Plus-Sized Elf," Naoe-kun, a massage therapist, is about to close his shop when an unexpected client arrives. With emerald eyes, pointed ears, and a background in the forest, she appears to be an elf, save for her curvaceous build. Apparently, she fled her world and embraced a love for junk food in this one, leading to her current condition. Will Naoe-kun be able to help this charming elf lose weight and sustain her health? The volume also includes the one-shot "Ganso Kissa Seiren, Rinrin Tanuki."

Serialization of Elf-san wa Yaserarenai. on Web Comic Gum ended with the release of chapter 45 on February 24, 2021. Chapters 46 and 47 were originally released via the author's Twitter account on April 30, 2021, and May 29, 2021, respectively. Official publication of the series ended with the publication of volume 8 by Akita Shoten on November 18, 2021. The series was published in English as Plus-Sized Elf by Seven Seas Entertainment from October 23, 2018, to December 20, 2022.
