Majimoji Rurumo

In "Majimoji Rurumo," Shibaki, a high school boy infamous for his obsession with girls, is labeled the school's biggest pervert and consequently shunned by his female classmates. While exploring the library one day, he discovers a book on witch summoning and attempts the ritual out of sheer curiosity. To his amazement, it succeeds, conjuring a cute witch named Rurumo who offers to grant his wish. Though skeptical at first, Shibaki helps Rurumo, and in exchange, she spares his soul. As time goes on, Shibaki finds himself yearning to meet Rurumo again. His wish comes true when she suddenly crashes into him from the sky. She reveals that she must help him use up 666 magic tickets, each capable of granting a wish, to restore her status as a witch. Unknown to Rurumo, her familiar discloses that every ticket Shibaki uses shortens his lifespan, and death awaits once all tickets are expended.
