Kouichi Asakura toils as a designer at an advertising agency, but his hard work goes largely unappreciated. Frustrated with his circumstances, he decides to revisit a location from his school days that is linked to Eren Yamagishi. Eren Yamagishi, called "Hidarikiki" or "The Southpaw," is a gifted painter based in New York. Despite her natural artistic ability, her exceptional talent causes her considerable anguish.
