Seventeen-year-old Nanaka Kirisato is wholly focused on her studies and future goals. She often lectures her best friend Nenji Nagihara about his delinquent ways and his waste of time brawling with other boys. Following a fierce argument with Nenji, Nanaka falls down a flight of stairs and suffers a head injury that reverts her mental state to that of a six-year-old. Because of this, her father and Nenji must keep her condition a secret while she attempts to manage daily life and slowly grow up again.
