In 2019, Shinjuku's drug trade grows increasingly brutal as a new narcotic turns users into demons with horns, fangs, and an insatiable craving for human flesh. After her boyfriend Eiji Kuraza transforms into a bloodthirsty demon and vanishes, Shizuka resolves to track him down. Her investigation leads through violence, drugs, and prostitution, eventually linking to the yakuza. To further her search, Shizuka gets help from supernatural detective Tsunami and goes undercover in the red-light district. If her bold efforts pay off, she may have to face Eiji's monstrous appetites—desires that might surpass anything a professional call-girl would encounter.
