Kasei Zombie

Kanon is a timid high school girl who finally summons the courage to confess to her upperclassman Akiyama, and the two go on a date to watch the movie he's been eager to see, a film called 'Kasei Zombie.' While she's in the restroom, an earthquake suddenly strikes and she ends up trapped inside. When she finally breaks free, she finds that Takadanobaba has been completely overrun by zombies and sealed off from the outside. That's when she encounters a man wearing a blue helmet who battles the zombies using a bat.
