This sparked a surge of interest from extraterrestrials in Earth's athletic competitions, with some fans growing overly enthusiastic—interrupting games by demanding to participate themselves or insisting on seeing world-class performances. To prevent such interference with other planets' traditions, a treaty was established. The Rabbit Force, a team of rabbit-themed superheroines, was assigned to uphold this treaty and handle any offenders.
