In this story, a shrewd lawyer and a skilled lock picker clash, forever changing the "law of the night." Lock picker Izawa accepts a job to steal documents from a law firm's safe but is unexpectedly confronted by lawyer Sakaki. Trapped, Izawa must accept Sakaki's deal: open the safe in under five minutes to go free, or else follow Sakaki's orders. Trusting his abilities, Izawa begins the challenge, but Sakaki has hidden intentions and doesn't play by the rules.
