Haunted Campus centers on Mototsu Yagami, a college student cursed with the ability to see ghosts—a power he wishes he did not have. At his university, he runs into Koyomi Nada, a former underclassman from his high school days for whom he still carries unreciprocated feelings. Driven by his lingering affection, Yagami decides to sign up for the "occult research society," a club full of eccentric members who devote themselves to investigating supernatural events alongside their studies.
