Junnchi Kotani, a high school student, has feelings for his teacher, Mayako. In a misguided effort to grow closer to her, he steals her underwear, but is caught almost immediately. As punishment, she makes him come to her house regularly, intending to reform his misconduct. Unbeknownst to Junnchi, Mayako is a witch who believes it would be helpful to turn him into a girl.
