Tsubaki Sadamitsu, a young punk and leader of the Corpse Gang, is compelled to take on the task of capturing rukeitai (intergalactic criminals) following a chance run-in with an alien robot. The job only becomes more difficult when the Vulture enters the picture, a desperate last-ditch effort to keep the rukeitai under control.
