Nukui Kyou is a first-year high school student and hikikomori who spends his days composing Vocaloid music and uploading it online. One day, a fan sends him an email asking to meet. When Kyou arrives at the agreed meeting spot, he finds three elementary school girls waiting excitedly. They tell him they want to start a band and ask for his assistance.
