Seven years ago, a mysterious disc-shaped object appeared above Kiriya Lake, leaving all who saw it uncertain of its origin and purpose. The initial shock and confusion gave way to curiosity and eventually became a tourist attraction, but as the world's attention faded, the saucer remained suspended in the sky, largely forgotten. Nonoka Komiya returns to her childhood home after seven years away in Tokyo, her memories of the place hazy. But when she meets a lively girl named Noel, she begins to recall the wishes she and four other friends once made inside an old observatory.
