Sunoharasou no Kanrinin-san

Shiina Aki, often mistaken for a girl due to his delicate features, decides to change that impression by moving to a middle school in Tokyo. When he arrives at his new home, Sunohara-sou, Aki finds out he will be staying with the kind caretaker, Sunohara Ayaka, along with three girls from his school's student council: Yukimoto Yuzu, Yamanashi Sumire, and Kazami Yuri. So begins Aki's new life in Tokyo, living under the same roof as these four young women.
