In "Let's Nupu Nupu," Ms. Shitara is far from a typical school nurse, as she harbors an overly romantic obsession with the reluctant student Takagi. She constantly dreams up more creative and improper schemes to seduce him, using unconventional tactics such as suggestive workouts, risqué pole routines, and open offers of rewards. Yet the innocent Takagi remains unmoved. The series is packed with risqué comedy, featuring characters like the clumsy Sushi Cat and the well-endowed Mari-chan.
