After Yuto's father is reassigned for work, Yuto Todo and Erika Todo end up living on their own. Although they share a last name, they are not related by blood. Yuto's mother died when he was young, and his father then married a compassionate woman who had a daughter, Erika. Their stepmother has also passed away. As they share a home, Yuto and Erika grow closer and enter a romantic relationship. Their art teacher, Sayaka, eventually becomes aware of their relationship and takes notice of their connection.
