This Thai novel served as the basis for the popular live-action Boys’ Love series KinnPorsche: The Series. In this action-filled romance, a quick-tempered university student gets pulled into the criminal underworld after an unexpected meeting with the heir to a crime family. Since his parents' tragic deaths, Porsche has had to balance his studies with a bartending job in order to support his younger brother and pay off the gambling debts of his irresponsible uncle. One night, he spots a gang of thugs attacking a handsome young man in the alley behind his bar. He is reluctant to step in—until he is offered fifty thousand baht to help the stranger escape. That stranger turns out to be Kinn, the second son of an infamous crime family. Impressed by Porsche’s fighting skills, Kinn comes up with a sly plan: hire Porsche as his personal bodyguard, and in return, he’ll settle Porsche’s debt. Porsche wants no part of that kind of trouble—especially the sort Kinn deals in. But Kinn always gets what he wants.
