For a long time, Yusuke has been dealing with a strong fear of women. This problem gets worse when the twin girls who originally caused that fear come to live with him. Ever since he rescued them from an aggressive stray dog the first time they met, they have developed romantic feelings for him. Because of his phobia, handling their affection now is equally difficult as it was back when he was younger. Yusuke's suffering begins again.

Background
1+2=Paradise met with the same problems as 's Angel. Because of that Kodansha's shonen version only has 4 volumes and was incomplete until Shobunkan completed the last fifth volume, republishing the series labeled as an adult manga instead of shonen, but with no real difference in the content.
