In "Corpse Princess," a group of high school students accepts a dare to explore a reportedly haunted, abandoned building and comes face-to-face with real undead beings. They manage to flee with the help of Shikabane Hime, an undying girl who has a pact with the Buddhist monk Keisei to destroy 108 corpses. Once she completes this mission, she will be given the chance to find happiness and ascend to heaven.
