Shuichi Shindou is dead set on making his band, Bad Luck, the number one act in Japan's pop music scene. With his natural talent, powerful voice, and burning passion, reaching the top seems like a sure thing. However, his path takes an unexpected turn when he runs into Yuki, a strikingly handsome stranger who writes romance novels and has a sharp, cutting sense of humor. Yuki becomes Shuichi's harshest critic, but as their creative sparks begin to mix, a deep friendship—and possibly something more—gradually starts to grow between them.
