Haguregumo

浮浪雲

Taking place near the close of the Edo (Tokugawa Shoganate) period, the story follows Cloud and his household: his wife Turtle, their eleven-year-old son, and their eight-year-old daughter. The Cloud family spends their days idling and playing instead of working, while Cloud himself has a reputation as a ladies' man. The work received the 1979 Shogakukan Manga Award in the general category.
