In the series Ninin ga Shinobuden, Shinobu is the sole female student at a secret Ninja Academy run by a peculiar, yellow, ball-like entity named Onsokumaru. Despite lacking knowledge of ninja mastery, he frequently takes advantage of Shinobu, who is both naive and lovable. While on a mission to steal panties from high school girls, Shinobu encounters Kaede, who becomes entangled in the academy's bizarre and ecchi adventures.
