Sukehira Ayane is an overweight woman with a deep passion for chocolate. Her love for the confection drives her to move to Italy, a country renowned for its chocolate. While there, she is involved in an accident and loses consciousness. When she awakens, Sukehira Ayane discovers her appearance has completely transformed—she is now a beautiful woman. She returns to Japan and begins working as an anesthetician. Still uninterested in dating, she immerses herself in eating chocolate and playing video games. One day, the popular idol Minato Takumi invites her to dinner.
