Kami no Omocha - The World

A god is amusing itself with a certain world as though it were a toy—one it may soon grow tired of and smash to pieces. Within this world live a boy named Deta and a girl named Rame. Deta can perceive the "HP" of every person and object, and even the world itself, and what he sees is troubling: the world's HP is running dangerously low. Rame possesses a camera with the power to "load" and "save" reality. A third girl, who has not yet crossed paths with the pair, can see everyone's "MP"; she alone has MP while everyone else registers zero, until she finally meets Deta and Rame. Will the three of them save the world together, or will it be destroyed?
