Looza Goh is a children's book illustrator who deals with agoraphobia and anthropophobia, making it hard for her to bond with others. Her life shifts when she starts secretly observing her attractive neighbor from her window. Matters grow more complicated when the neighbor's social cousin moves in and catches her spying. Despite the upheaval, this cousin may be exactly who Looza needs to confront her fears and resume living life to the fullest.
