Yomiko Readman's passion for books goes far beyond that of an ordinary bibliophile; she possesses a remarkable ability to control paper, turning it into virtually anything she imagines. She can fashion a deadly shuriken from a tiny scrap or a bulletproof barrier from a lone sheet, with her imagination as the only limit to her power. Her primary objective is locating rare volumes that hide perilous knowledge, preventing them from falling into the wrong hands. With assistance from a Special Operations Division based in England, Yomiko fights against villains, protects the world, and always finds time to indulge in her love of reading.
