On the cusp of entering high school, Meguru and Shou are disappointed about not having any girlfriends. Out of nowhere, a strange woman with a large chest appears, offers to help them, and plants a kiss on Meguru. This odd event slips from their memory when they run into Souko, an old friend from elementary school who will be attending the same high school. Souko has grown into a lovely young girl, sparking the boys' hopes for romance. Later that night, Meguru realizes the kiss had a drastic consequence: he has turned into a girl. After convincing Shou and his mother of his true identity, they find themselves unable to reverse the change. Meguru must now navigate life as a girl, giving up his hopes of dating Souko. How will this transformation affect his vision of a successful high school experience?
