A mage named Arcs Sheldart Elbayas is put on trial by a council and, as punishment for his crimes, gets transformed into a duck and banished to Earth. Once there, he gives Ink Nijihara a "Magi-Mail" phone that gives her the powers of a magical girl. Using these new abilities, she hopes to get closer to her crush, Nao-kun, by tutoring him in English, while also fighting the dark forces leaking from Arcs' world.
