This adaptation of the otome game presents Hiraku Naki's interpretation of Yukimura Chizuru's story. Chizuru leaves Edo for Kyo in search of her missing father and quickly becomes entangled with the Shinsengumi. The story begins on the night she first encounters the members of the group.
