Kenta dreams of becoming the superhero known as Wingman. His classmates get a kick out of it when he bursts into class to deliver his "holy judgment," though his teacher is not a fan. One day on his way home, Kenta comes across a gorgeous girl in a bikini named Aoi Yume. She gives him an extraordinary item: the Book of Dreams, which can turn any written wish into reality. With this gift, Kenta begins his path as a genuine superhero under the alias Hirono.
