Makoto is an office worker who was living happily with her beloved dog, Yota. On March 6, Yota's birthday, she got into a traffic accident. When she wakes up, she finds it's March 6 again, but a year in the past. For some reason, Yota is nowhere to be found... and then she sees a handsome man who looks just like Yota collapsed in the hallway...!?
