College freshman Kusakabe Noboru lives in Tokyo and struggles with an intense fear of women, particularly those with large chests. He cannot interact with them at all, which makes his virginity no shock. With his only friend, Takahashi, Noboru once again fails to talk to girls. They come across a huge building called Devil Ecstasy and discover it is a brothel; Takahashi persuades Noboru to attempt losing his virginity there. When choosing partners, Noboru picks Meruru, a cute girl with small breasts, while Takahashi selects the alluring Celine. Noboru's phobia of women blocks any progress, but Takahashi leaves satisfied. The next day, Takahashi's mysterious death reveals the terrifying truth: the women at Devil Ecstasy are succubi who drain men's life force.
