In the 1920s, Inaho resurrects the vampire Mosquiton using her blood, binding him to serve her after he returns to life. She searches for the O-Part, a legendary artifact said to grant immortality, facing numerous supernatural obstacles along the way. Later, Inaho—a Catholic schoolgirl—discovers that Mosquiton has been feeding on her classmates. She stakes him, but he revives when her blood touches his remains. Now serving Inaho and employed as a history teacher, Mosquiton teams up with her and their companions, Yuuki and Honou, for a series of unexpected adventures. Inaho's main goal remains finding the fabled O-Part to claim its monetary reward.
