In this adaptation of Devil Survivor 2, Hibiki Kuze finds himself enrolled in Nicaea, an unusual service that predicts the deaths of its users through "death clips." His indifference towards this service ends abruptly when a subway accident claims the lives of many, including his close friend Daichi Shijima. However, Hibiki chooses to survive and is subsequently granted a demonic summoning app on his phone. Reuniting with Daichi and another survivor, Io Nitta, they navigate the chaos following a devastating earthquake in Tokyo. Their journey becomes even more perilous when an alien creature crashes nearby, leading to widespread carnage. Trapped, Hibiki summons a powerful demon to combat this threat. The strength of the demon he conjures draws the attention of JP, a secret government agency aware of the current crisis. Hibiki discovers that the world faces imminent destruction at the hands of extraterrestrial beings known as the "Septentriones," with only seven days to defeat them. Now, along with other selected "Devil Summoners," Hibiki must unite to thwart this impending doom.
