For most of his life, Chihiro was dogged by terrible luck, but that changes when he wins a strange lottery that grants him admission to the unusual Rikkyoin High School. At this institution, everything—including student council elections—is decided by luck. Yet this opportunity carries a dangerous condition: council members are required to constantly battle evil forces to protect the school. Chihiro's recently acquired good fortune will be put to the ultimate test, and a single mistake could have severe repercussions.
