Big 1 is a giant white sperm whale whose vast body rivals an iceberg in size and whose intelligence surpasses that of any human. Kenji Shiratori, a member of the Ryujinmaru's crew, and gunner Takeru Ogami, both burning with a fierce fighting spirit toward the colossal creature known as the "White Devil," ultimately wind up joining forces with the massive whale. Together, they fight to defeat the Black Flag Fleet, an organization aiming to dominate the world's oceans, and restore peace at sea. This is a romantic marine adventure based on Herman Melville's classic masterpiece "Moby Dick."
