Seiji Aino is an ordinary high school student whose mundane life is turned upside down when a peculiar girl named Guri appears at his door, claiming that if he doesn't kiss her, she will die. Guri is the user of a "Kiss Note"—a magical notebook that forces two people whose names are written inside to fall madly in love. As a cupid, her job is to connect couples with this note. However, she accidentally includes Seiji's name, forcing him to complete a romantic bond by kissing someone. Convinced by Guri's unbelievable story, Seiji decides to kiss Akane Hiyama, the most popular girl at school and his secret crush. To his shock, Akane's feelings turn out to be far beyond simple admiration—she becomes dangerously obsessed with him. To make matters worse, Guri confesses that she, too, has developed feelings for Seiji, sparking a chaotic and hilarious love triangle.
