Hirama Ren is a brilliant student and student council president known for his top academic performance. One day, he witnesses a group of bullies harassing others. When he steps in to intervene, the bullies turn on him, beating him and framing him for their own wrongdoings. Driven by anger and a desire to create a better world free from such malicious people, Ren looks for a way to obtain significant power. By chance, his vice-president contacts him and suggests hiring a hypnotist for an upcoming school event to boost student enthusiasm. Recognizing hypnosis as the power he needs, Ren agrees. He then comes up with a plan to test the hypnotist's abilities, especially regarding resistance to hypnosis. Armed with this new understanding of hypnotic control, Ren intends to use this power to reshape the world according to his vision.
