A stoic actor in his forties and a cocky young star who supposedly refuses to share the screen with Hidaka—this BL drama pits two actors against each other in the world of fiction! Hidaka Shuichi was once a celebrated performer, but with his career now on the decline, he has started thinking about retiring. That is, until an offer arrives for him to co-star in a live-action adaptation of a popular manga—a project bound to stir up major attention. Even more shocking, his fellow lead is Taki Yamato, currently the industry's hottest actor. Yet Taki has reportedly been unwilling to work with Hidaka ever since their first collaboration six years ago. "How could that be?" Filled with suspicion, Hidaka looks into the matter and learns that the offer came about because of Taki's own recommendation. He even receives a message passed along through his manager: "I want to talk to you privately." On the day of filming, a bewildered Hidaka shows up, only to be greeted by a cheerful Taki, acting as if there had never been any reason for them to avoid working together.
