Chibita-kun

$-chan to Chibita

This spin-off of Osomatsu-kun focuses on the title character Chibita. It draws more directly from the shorter series "Akatsuka-kun Can Do Anything," later retitled "$-Chan and Chibita," which shared a broadly similar concept. Much like in Osomatsu, Chibita's family circumstances and other elements such as the setting can vary from one self-contained gag story to the next. Iyami shows up from time to time, as do other Akatsuka characters like Mojamoja-ojichan—originally the protagonist of his own comic—who appears here twice in a kind of father figure or mentor role for Chibita.
