Nanase Hokuto is a high school student living in an apartment complex with three older girls after his parents relocated to Australia. Because they are consistently playful and teasing toward him, he develops a strong dislike for women. His attitude begins to change when the school idol Taniyama Maina becomes infatuated with him. Maina's best friend, the typical delinquent Nakajima Atsumi, joins forces with Hokuto's best friend, the young biker Moriyama Syuuichirou, to play matchmaker for Hokuto and Maina. While Maina is thrilled, Hokuto remains annoyed throughout. The story also involves school jealousy, a rival competing for Hokuto's affection, several conflicts, his parents insisting that he move back to Australia, and Maina threatening to run away. These elements make up the narrative's core.
