Tetsuya Kokubu, a former student yakuza who made a name for himself in the Ginza/Yurakucho area, graduates from university with the goal of chasing his dreams. At the same time, he leaves the group and is assigned as a teacher at a high school in Aomori. However, the school is a complete chaos ruled by a mysterious delinquent group called the Blood Alliance, who employ ninjutsu skills. Seeing a part of his own dream in their unity, Kokubu attempts to seek their cooperation, sometimes facing them head-on and other times using psychological warfare. Eventually, he becomes aware of a mastermind pulling the strings behind the Blood Pact from the shadows. What is the true identity of this mastermind? And what is the "dream" that Kokubu continues to burn with such passion?
