Akira, a business sales administrator, and Koji, a freelance writer, first met at a mutual friend's wedding and quickly became close buddies. One day, while visiting a farm client, Akira is offered a case of freshly picked cabbage. Since nobody at his office wants it and he doesn't cook, Akira decides to see if Koji (who loves cooking) might be interested. Lonely and dealing with pandemic-related shutdowns, Akira uses this as an excuse to hang out at Koji's house. After they figure out how to stay COVID-cautious, they become quite comfortable with each other, leading to an amusing but emotionally confusing situation. Akira and Koji struggle to decide whether they are just friends or something more. *Note: Includes one extra chapter.*
