Set in the early 21st century during autumn in Uchihama, the story takes place at Uchihama Academy, which is undergoing rapid expansion. With a new school building being built, the old one is set to host its final General Club Festival before being closed down. The students are determined to make this last cultural event a great success. Sou Akiyama leads the Astronomy Club, a group well-known across the campus. On September 30th, just before the festival, the student executive committee approaches the club with a request to address the growing unease among students. Reports of ghost sightings, accidents, and a mysterious sleeping sickness have been connected to the old building. When a quiet transfer student named Yui Furukawa unexpectedly joins Sou, the course of destiny begins to change subtly.
