Juyeong is locked up in a juvenile detention center for trying to kill his father, Gang-ryong. He holds onto hope, dreaming of a life in Seoul with his childhood friend Dayeon. But everything falls apart when Dayeon is killed by a runaway truck, and the pain intensifies as Juyeong finds out his father was the driver. In a harsh irony, Gang-ryong wakes up and gives Juyeong a choice: "If you want revenge, become the ruler of this detention center!" Now, Juyeong must survive the dangerous prison politics, determined to climb to the top and get back at his father.
